WAY too much fun!!!
Yesterday was refreshing and exhausting. We went to Tulsa. I highly recommend going to Mekong River. It is a vietnamese restaurant off of 71st. YUM!!!
Besides the joy of memorizing Philippians as we were driving, the conversations with and between my little ones are typically enjoyable. Now remember these are all of my children talking here.
"Brandon are you going to marry Rachael?" says Katie who is 5."Uh, I can't do THAT!" says Brandon. (He's 11 and Rachael is 3... not that age is the factor here.)
Rachael says, "Because I want to marry momma."
"I'm going to marry daddy." says Katie... and then Jayson... and then Shane. (The twins are 4)
Picture my 11 and 12 year old boys laughing hysterically.
...So then we had an unexpected conversation about marriage.
This made me think of another conversation between my oldest boy with his girl cousin. They were about 3 and 5 years old at the time.
"Josh, did you know chicken comes from chickens?""Do you know soccer?" he replies.
"That doesn't make sense. Do you know ham-burgers comes from a pig?"
"Do you know dirt?"
(She is beginning to get annoyed because he seems to not be taking this conversation seriously.)
"J-o-o-sh-sh-sh! Do you know roast comes from roosters?"
She is totally serious... he is just responding cause he has no clue. Can you believe this happens at such a young age?

Great dialogue :)
I think Brendan still wants to marry Chelle. But that may change soon. He has a friend who happens to be a girl. It probably gets me back for having my first gf in kindergarten.
I'm glad to hear you guys had a great day. You certainly deserve to have one.
We too had a great day, but exhausting-- in a relaxing sort of way. Good luck figuring that one out :)
