Please take the time to read my pastors most recent and excellent post HERE where he includes ...I have recently been watching a couple of different blogs where the people making the comments are not really engaged with true subject of the blog itself and the whole thing degenerates into some kind of shark-feeding frenzy where people get misrepresented or maligned. ... How easy is it to simply “clump together and endlessly reinforce one another’s ignorance”?...

Thanks for pointing us to your pastor's post--very timely and very beneficial.
I've been reading blogs and blogging for less than a year but have easily seen how quickly it can/does get out of hand.
I've limited myself to the number of blogs I watch, and I watch only the ones that have proven to be substantive over time. And, like others, I've deleted some from my personal watch list for various reasons.
There is NO substitute for God's Word or for solid men of God. That is where I find real "food" to feast upon--the rest is just "trimmings".
