What are my wages?
Salary.com says mothers work at least 10 jobs, put in 92 hours per week and CNN says full-time moms would be earning almost $140,000 a year....In order of hours spent on them per week, [the 10 or so jobs] are: housekeeper, day-care center teacher, cook, computer operator, laundry machine operator, janitor, facilities manager, van driver, chief executive officer and psychologist. By figuring out the median salaries for each position, and calculating the average number of hours worked at each, the firm came up with $138,095.
So what 10 or so jobs do you do?
I would have to add a few to the list above like: assistant principle, dog trainer, nurse, building manager for home renovations, interior designer, beautician/ barber( I cut all 6 of the kids hair), domestic engineer, juggler ... I could go on.
Don't forget the book give-away submission deadline is Monday. I have already been privileged to read some excellent articles. It is going to be a very difficult decision. Even if you are not in the position to be a full-time mother, the book I am giving away is applicable to all women, even single women longing to get married and be mothers some day.

Jill and Janice,
Raises and paychecks come in the form of chocolate covered kisses from the lips of your sweet babies... and "I love you mommy" bonuses are priceless. :-)
