My Husband, My brother in Christ

I especially enjoy writing about Biblical Womanhood as well as the application of Biblical theology from the perspective of a woman longing to communicate my love for who God is as revealed in His Word of knowable and applicable truth and NOT who I imagine He is from some sentimental, me-centered perspective that is based on relative, roller-coaster ride of self-sustained religion 'truth'. In other words, I like to encourage others to press on in His truth and His love for His glory.

But then, everything I have written has likely been said a whole lot better by someone else. I definitely have no insight that is deeper than what God has already revealed. Therefore, if you find anything of value here than give God the glory!

What's Up?

More book reviews. And if I think they are excellent, I will do another give-away. I have also been contacted by another publishing company to do a preview review on a book to be published in June. I should be getting it in the mail soon.

Still lots of home renovations going on around here. *shew* Apparently I have a lot more to learn... especially regarding depending on the Lord more fully as we continue to have a steady flow of contractors in our home... that are here sometimes all day, everyday. It boils down to what we make of it and I pray we continue to persevere in the pursuit to bring glory to God in this endeavor. Easier said than done... but then God is my only strength and His power is made perfect in my weakness... and boy am I weary.

It is Tuesday... I'm talking to myself, which means tomorrow is Wednesday. :-D Betcha didn't know that! Ummmm.... tomorrow is our 15 year wedding anniversary that I wrote about on Monday. that was yesterday, in case you didn't know. Okay, so I am getting silly. Hope you all have a HUGELY blessed day.

Below is a video testimony about how God saved our marriage after an 18 month separation, 5 years into our marriage. We had 2 children when we separated. We now have 6 children and have been married for... well, OH so much longer!!!... by the grace of our faithful Heavenly Father.
